Scarborough Elementary, part of the Houston Independent School District, is a proud Pre-K through 5th grade dual language campus located in the northeast area of the greater Houston community.
Embracing a 50/50 dual language model, our students are immersed in both English and Spanish instruction, fostering bilingualism, biliteracy, and bicultural understanding. Scarborough Elementary is committed to nurturing the whole child by offering enriching programs such as Art, Music, Violin Strings, Name That Book, Houston Ballet’s X3 Explore, Extend, Excel, and Chance to Dance. These diverse opportunities support our mission to develop confident, creative, and globally minded learners.

 

La Escuela Primaria Scarborough, parte del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Houston, es una orgullosa escuela de lenguaje dual de Pre-K a 5º grado ubicada en el área noreste de la comunidad de Houston.   Con el modelo de lenguaje dual 50/50, nuestros estudiantes reciben instrucción en inglés y español,  por alcanzar la excelencia en el bilingüismo, lectura, y la comprensión bicultural. Scarborough ofrece una variedad de programas como Arte, Violín, Name That Book, Houston Ballet's X3 Explore, Extend, Excel y Chance to Dance.
